We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected — and that’s okay!
This Refund & Exchange Policy explains how you can return, exchange, or request a refund on your purchase.
1. Our Commitment to You
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every order is carefully processed, packed, and inspected before shipping.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 14 business days (Mon-Fri) return window from the date you receive your item.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).
If more than 14 business days (Mon-Fri) have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
- Gift cards or e-gift certificates
- Downloadable or digital products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or “final sale” products
Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team by email at BurgessAwakeningMediaCompany@gmail.com within 14 business days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order.
Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for your return (optional but helpful for us to improve)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or warehouse without authorization — it may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof of return.
Note: Burgess Awakening Media is not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged during transit.
6. Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received your package.
If your return is approved, your refund will be:
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, JCB, elo).
- Processed within 10 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date of approval.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
We’ll notify you once your refund has been fully processed.
7. Exchanges
Yes, we offer exchanges!
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply prefer a different product, we’re happy to arrange an exchange — as long as the item is still in new condition and in stock.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 14 business days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the details of the item you’d like instead.
- Once your return is approved, send the original item back to us.
- After we receive it, we’ll ship the replacement product to you.
If your requested item is no longer available, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to BurgessAwakeningMediaCompany@gmail.com with clear photos of:
- The damaged or incorrect product
- The packaging
- Your order number
We will immediately investigate and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you.
9. Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing BurgessAwakeningMediaCompany@gmail.com
After 12 hours, most orders are already being processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you can still return it after it arrives following the steps in our Return Process.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your credit card provider; processing delays can occur.
- If the issue persists, contact us at BurgessAwakeningMediaCompany@gmail.com and we’ll help you resolve it promptly.
11. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
We believe in fair and transparent customer service — no hidden charges or penalties.
12. International Returns
For our international customers:
- You may return or exchange products under the same 14 days policy.
- Please note that international return shipping costs, customs fees, or import duties are not refundable.
- Processing times for international refunds may take slightly longer due to customs clearance.
13. Our Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if:
- The item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
- The item is returned after the 14 business days (Mon-Fri) return window.
- The return is sent without prior authorization.
